Delivery of systems integration for multi-manifest satellites

Qualified Space Hardware

• ALS builds adaptive structures to safely house satellites for launch, adaptive avionics to integrate multiple missions for lowered cost on multiple NSSL and Small Launcher platforms
• Engineering requirements, specification, design, analysis, development test, build, verification and validation test, integration, assembly and field of space qualified mechanical and avionics systems

Launch Integration Services

• ALS provides small satellite dedicated launch and multiple satellite multi-manifest launch planning and  execution
• Complete in-house small satellite systems integration lab and launch hardware depot
• Direct engagement with SV owner/operators and program offices 
• Develop Satellite to Launch Vehicle Interface Requirements Document (IRD)
• Includes Mechanical IRD, Electrical IRD, flight environments and mission safety
• Transition IRD into Interface Control Document
• Create and maintain tracking matrices for ICD Verification, Do-No-Harm verifications, Gate actions and Design Review actions
• Create Launch Integration Test Plan that fulfill Launch Service Provider and NSSL or other launch vehicle class Standard requirements 
• Generate Test Specifications as required or requested
• Support Mission Integration Telecoms, Table-Top Reviews, Design Reviews, Gate Reviews, Structural Dynamics Working Groups, Ground Ops Working Groups, Flight Analysis Working Groups, ICD Working Groups and Do-No-Harm Working Groups
• Develop Missile System Prelaunch Safety Package (MSPSP) for the satellites and provide such data through the launch service provider to the range operations directorate

Contracts and Finances staff

• Deep experience in operating under government (FAR compliant) and commercial contracts
• Contracts and Finance staff have large and small company experience 
• In-depth understanding of government and commercial domestic and international contracts to ensure correct execution and documentation of all actions. 
• Key team member with large prime in competitively awarded a $100M plus contract by US Space Force to perform multi-mission launch solutions on NSSL vehicles 
• Commercial Launch Service Agreements with both Satellite Owner/Operators and Launch Service Providers
• Services available under General Services Administration (GSA) Contract
